Bunny
Bunny didn’t participate in a research study in the Netherlands which showed that meditation can improve symptoms of children with ADHD. Bunny just knows that before she began meditating, her mind felt like a radio station that was tuned into many channels at once.
When Bunny meditates, she calms her mind, and her body settles down too. Now Bunny can focus and concentrate on things that matter to her, like learning new things at school, reading her favorite books, and patiently waiting for the seeds in her garden to grow.
