In Dragon‘s World, meditation is accessible for all of his friends.
Dragon
A little older and a little wiser, Dragon is a meditation teacher who guides his friends to see the magic they have inside themselves.
Dragon loves teaching his friends to meditate so they can accept the present moment without judgement, observe feelings in their minds and bodies, and feel the peace and calm meditation brings.
Our Method
We teach meditation in a storybook land called Dragon's World.
Dragon
A little older and a little wiser, Dragon is a children’s meditation teacher who guides his friends through meditation.
In Dragon’s World, kids learn meditation and mindfulness skills alongside their forest friends.
Kids will easily relate to their new animal friends and experience the unique benefits from meditating with each character.
Bear
Bear has a speech disability, and sometimes he has a hard time communicating.
Bear’s meditations focus on calming social anxiety and encouraging relaxation in the mind and body.

Deer is deaf and loves watching American Sign Language and captioned meditation videos that involve senses other than sound.

Eagle has vision loss and she loves soaring through the sky feeling the wind beneath her wings.

Raccoon has an intellectual disability and loves easy-to-understand meditations that are supportive and encouraging.

Turtle
Turtle doesn’t always live in Dragon’s World. Turtle is in the foster care system, and is often between homes.
Turtle’s meditations teach kids how to feel grounded and process losses and changes, both big and small.

Weasel (and Henry)
Weasel has autism, cerebral palsy, and uses a wheelchair. When Weasel meditates, he is always in a place and position that feels comfortable for him like his chair, in a swing, or with his service dog, Henry.
Weasel’s meditations help kids improve their emotional regulation and teach how to manage big emotions.
Weasel also has meditations that are designed to be practiced with a service dog.
